They make sure to explain everything they’re doing and why, which I appreciate. From start to finish, the entire process was professional and efficient. What I notice in their entire process is that they use high-quality materials.

The follow-up service has been terrific. We’ve had a few minor issues with our pool (e.g., a loose screw, a tear in the liner) and South Bend Pool Service has always responded quickly and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. They even came out on Memorial Day to open our pool for the season!
